Summary 內容: 20世紀關鍵年份:美國的反戰及民權運動到達高點,改變了美國;巴黎五月風潮結合了工人運動。2018,我們回顧1968五十週年,比照此刻的眾聲喧嘩,或許能得到歷史景深。
「五月學運」法國青年投入激烈的造反行列,震驚了社會。最特別的是工人的加入,使運動的影響超過想像。
那股力量後來怎麼了? 本沙龍是「港大──龍應台文化迴廊」的第二場。

The year 1968 was full of seismic social and political change across the globe. From the burgeoning anti-Vietnam war and civil rights movements in the US, to the protests and revolutions in European countries such as France.
Fifty years ago France was rocked by a violent student revolt demanding more liberties. Their protests snowballed as workers joined together for weeks of tumult that saw street battles and France’s biggest ever strike. Where have they gone now?
This is the second salon of the ‘HKU – Lung Yingtai Cultural Concourse’ series.
